The 7th Annual Montana International Children's Film Festival March 3rd, 4th, and 11th, 2017

MICFF 2017 will provide Montana children and their parents the opportunity to watch family films from all over the world. Our mission is to bring international students and professors together with Montanans to share their different cultural heritages and to create a sense of international awareness through mutual understanding and respect for one another. There are short films for ages 3 and up, bringing international entertainment to the kid in all of us.

Join us in celebrating Foreign Language day with the students and faculty at U of M! In a screening of the acclaimed French film, School of Babel we see what it is like to learn a new language in a new country through the eyes of immigrant children.

    All these great films can't be contained in one city! The MICFF is excited to screen many of these exceptional films in Bozeman at the Bozeman Public Library. We will be offering two screenings, one screening of films without any subtitles, the second with a mix of films including many with subtitles. Includes films from Germany, Indonesia, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Japan, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia, France, Greece, Russia, Mexico and the United States.

    The fun and learning also continue in Missoula on Saturday in the large meeting room at the Missoula Public Library. MICFF will be there presenting a mix of fun films for children without subtitles, as well as short French Film with subtitles that is fun at any age! Includes films from Australia, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Germany, Indonesia, France, the Czech Republic, Iran, New Zealand, the Neatherlands, Japan, and the United States.

    Join us as we finish up our festival the following weekend at the wonderful Roxy Theater in Missoula. We wrap up with four showings, each with a different mix of films from all over the world. The screenings include films from Germany, Brazil, Indonesia, the Czech Republic, Iran, the Netherlands, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates, Ireland, Swedan, India, Greece, Japan, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia, France, Greece, Russia, Mexico and the United States.
